Our Role
RP secured Reserved Matters planning permission for 37 houses in Camelford, Cornwall. The site, located on the edge of the town on a greenfield site, includes affordable housing and is being delivered by Woodsome Estates – a Bristol based property development company.
We were fortunate to work with good architects – Origin 3 – and consultant team and built a good relationship with the Council planning officer, for which we’re grateful.
