Griffon Homes (The Air Balloon)

Planning permission was sought to convert a well known Bristol pub in Bristol into luxury flats.

Despite many objections, planning permission was secured for the conversion of this well known pub in south Bristol. Whilst pre-application consultation was undertaken with the local community, the building was keen to be retained by a number of locals. However Rackham Planning successfully convinced the Council to grant planning permission.
