Stuart Rackham

Director

Stuart has more than 20 years post qualification experience and therefore a wealth of knowledge to call upon. Having worked on many large and small projects and in all fields of planning, he has the technical expertise to provide a planning consultancy service to existing and new clients on any planning related matter. He has had a good grounding and previous experience with a Local Authority, on the client side and with a large consultancy, all of which have helped mould the advice he gives and level of service he provides.

Kathryn Wrigley

Planning Consultant
Kathryn is a chartered town planner with over 15 years experience consulting on a variety of projects from large scale commercial redevelopment to small scale rural applications. She has worked for a range of leading planning consultancies in both the UK and overseas. This wealth of experience enables her to advise her clients of the best solutions on all planning matters.

Ben Comley

Graduate Town Planner

Ben is a graduate town planner working towards his RTPI chartership. Ben has over two years of experience in the private sector, previously working for a large multi-discipline consultancy.  He has worked on a broad range of projects gaining experience on various forms of development including residential, commercial, mixed use, and rural. This experience enables Ben to provide a breadth of knowledge and understanding to clients to help guide them through the planning process.
