We secured consent for 5 small commercial industrial units in Pilning, South Gloucestershire to extend an existing industrial site. During the project’s progress, detailed negotiations were held with South Gloucestershire Council to address the issues raised and enable permission to be granted. This approval also included parking and servicing essential to support valuable small commercial units such as this.
