Our Role

Rackham Planning helped secure planning permission for the redevelopment of a brownfield site on one of the key routes into Bristol City Centre. The site has been long under-developed and from a standing start, with no formal pre-application consultation with the Council, we secured a resolution to grant planning permission at Committee within one year (which is some achievement these days!). The proposal for 31 flats is also located next to a Listed Building. The keys to securing this consent were working with a positive developer as well as responsive team, including the forward thinking architects and transport consultant as well as building a good relationship with the Local Authority.
