Planning permission granted at appeal and an award of costs made on behalf of James Taylor Homes
RP secured planning permission at appeal for the demolition of an existing building on the edge of the town centre and erection of 8 x apartments. The officer recommendation for approval was overturned at Committee and an appeal was subsequently submitted which was allowed. A successful award of costs was also made against the Council.
